POLICIES

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M.

Check-Out Time: 10:00 A.M.

No early arrivals, please.

RESERVATIONS:

If you would like to make a reservation please phone us at (207) 646-2767. All reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit due at the time you make your reservation. We accept the following credit cards:

CANCELLATIONS:

Your deposit is non-refundable unless we are notified at least 7 days before the expected arrival date of your reservation. A $10.00 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations.
OTHER POLICIES:

Sorry, no pets allowed.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING.

If you or your party have any special needs, please mention that at the time that you make your reservation so that we may do our best to accommodate you.

We do not offer refunds for bad weather or shortened stays.

Each Additional person in a room is at $10/night, under 12 is at $5.00/night.
